Purchased late in 2007 and remodeled in 2008, The Fallbrook House Of The Arts was created to provide an inexpensive lodging alternative for visiting and local artists to reside while teaching, attending, or practicing their craft in Fallbrook.  From the fall of 2008 until the fall of 2009, it was used as a inspirational & holistic retreat.  In 2010 it was transitioned into an artist residence to support a vibrant artistic community.  As such, it has become a popular location for exposing the exceptional talent of local artists and musicians.  Most noted for its intimate house concerts, and exceptional organic cuisine, the house has become a popular venue for local music lovers.
